Life took a drastic turn when the pandemic hit us, and everything stopped at a point in our lives and forced us to stay home. The only things that we're giving hope to us despite the boredom were our beloved TV shows, movies, and documentaries, etc., which kept going on.

Multiple streaming platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar, had numerous shows, pictures, etc., dropping by every month. Here are some of the popular releases that you want to look out for, coming to our beloved platforms next month.

In Marvel Studios’ action-packed spy thriller “Black Widow,” Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow confronts the darker parts of her ledger when a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past arises.

Black Widow

Marvel Studio’s Black Widow is supposed to be the first movie arriving as a part of their phase four. This movie was expected to release last year itself, but the film got multiple postponements due to the pandemic. But fans across the globe have been rooting for the movie to be released in OTT. So this movie will be coming to Disney+ Hotstar (Indian platform) and theatres on July 9th worldwide. 

In this action-packed spy thriller, Black Widow aka Natasha Romanoff faces the darker aspects of her life when a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past arises, followed by an army that will stop at nothing to take her down. Agent Romanoff must deal with her history as a spy and the broken connections she left in her path long before becoming an Avenger.

The Tomorrow War

The Tomorrow War is an action-packed Sci-fi movie with a massive buzz in the market. This movie stars Chris Pratt, who plays the character of a soldier held responsible for carrying out a mission in the future to help beat an alien invasion. This movie is making its way onto Amazon Prime Video on July 2nd.

Amazon reportedly spent $200 million for exclusive rights to stream this sci-fi action movie on its platform.

The mercurial villain Loki resumes his role as the God of Mischief in a new series that takes place after the events of “Avengers: Endgame.”


Although Loki is already released with episodes airing every Wednesday on Disney+ Hotstar, the show’s last episode will be aired off on July 14. The show has presently released two episodes which were an absolute thrill, and this show is currently rated number one on IMDb.

The show is set after Loki escapes with the tesseract in Avengers Endgame, and what challenges will he have to face. Massive spoilers coming away, the show already has explained huge takes on the multiverse, and according to Kevin Feige, this show will be playing an important role in establishing Marvel’s Phase 4. So if you’re a Marvel fan and haven’t watched it yet, what are you waiting for? 


This documentary film follows the life of a deaf high school football player Amaree McKinstry, shaken by a friend’s suicide Teddy Webster. And how he handles home and relationships while foreseeing his ultimate homecoming game. This one will be making its way onto Netflix on July 1 itself.

Inspired by the famous Disneyland theme park ride, Disney’s Jungle Cruise is an adventure-filled, rollicking thrill-ride down the Amazon with wisecracking skipper Frank Wolff and intrepid researcher Dr. Lily Houghton.

Jungle Cruise

Also debuting on Disney+ at the end of the month will be the Emily Blunt and Dwayne Johnson’s film Jungle Cruise. This picture will be accessible on Disney+ Hotstar on July 30.

This movie will be a rollicking thrill-ride down the Amazon with gagging skipper Frank Wolff and audacious researcher Dr. Lily Houghton. To put it simply, Lily voyages from London to the Amazon jungle to uncover an ancient tree with super healing powers. And to guide her through the journey, she enlists Frank’s dubious services to teach her downriver on La Quila’s charming boat. 

Resident Evil-Infinite Darkness

Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness Season 1 is an animated CG horror series established on the famous Capcom video game series caravan, starring Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield. This show is set between RE4 & RE5. This show will be released on Netflix on July 8.

Netflix will be debuting three new movies based on the popular book series, across three different weeks.

Fear Street Trilogy

This is a horror genre production of YA fiction movies based on the books written by R L Stine. So the film’s basic premise is that in 1994, a gang of youngsters discover alarming incidents in their city of Shadyside, Ohio. They also learn that they may become the next victims.

Speaking of the trilogy, it has three movies that take part in different years, and all the three movies will make their way onto Netflix. The first part will be launched on July 2, followed by the second part, which is releasing on July 9, and the final part on July 16.
